Qualifications :

1. Bachelor's degree in all majors
2. Have a minimum of 3 years experience in the same position (Purchasing)
3. Proficient in English (Oral & Written)
4. Preferably have experience in Manufacturing companies
5. Have the ability to lead a team
6. Able to communicate and negotiate well, especially with Suppliers/Vendors
7. Able to work in a team, responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work with deadlines
8. Able to operate a computer and Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
9. Ready to join immediately
10. Understand the process of exporting / importing goods
11. Have experience in footwear industry is a must

Job Desc :

• Receive purchase requests from other departments
• Request price quotes from suppliers and carry out negotiations
• Request purchase approval from management / finance for the budget
• Analyze offers (price, features, service, etc.)
• Create a purchase order (PO) and send it to the supplier
• Control the realization of arrivals according to the PO so that they are on time
• Conduct supplier evaluations every year
